That's right. It looks like a FETUS on their baby shower cake.

JR: Would you like to cut the cake, honey?
Diana: no, you can do it.
JR: Shall I cut you a slice with the tea cup or the fetus?
Diana: Why don't you just cut the fetus in two and we can share it.
